Instructions

You will get the most of this course when you engage Jesus through His Word, Spirit, and body. Watch the 2 minute video here to understand the rationale for how this course is structured. This is a journey to be taken with friends. Find 1 or 2 others. If you have more than 5 people then, break up into small groups of 2-4 for the first part of the accompaniment portion of the meeting.

It is important to covenant together to:

• Meet weekly (virtually or in person) for 75 minutes for at least the first six weeks. We recommend changing meeting times week-to-week as needed to accommodate call schedules or deadlines. Yes, we are some of the busiest people on the planet, but we are believing God will make this possible in His grace. We also believe that investing this 75 minutes together is important for your flourishing as an individual and a group.

• Each week as you meet, by faith, create an honest and healing space through mutual trust in Jesus.

• Intend, with God's help, to implement what you experience together in how you think, feel, and act, as a human becoming like Jesus. (See course outline below)
