There is a such thing as a free meal
We want to creates spaces for healthcare professionals and trainees to (1) create meaningful relationships with others in their field and (2) dialogue about how faith in Jesus relates to the practice of healthcare. To that end we host a dinner, discussion, and fellowship gathering on the third Friday of every month.
Meetings are usually at Harvard Medical School, JBM Lounge in Vanderbilt Hall, from 6:30-8:30pm, unless otherwise indicated. Childcare is provided and RSVP is appreciated (see below). Here are our upcoming meetings and speakers:
April 28: Panel of healthcare students in their final year of school. Come hear about how to maintain your faith through the rigors of study in the healthcare field.
May 19: Dr. John Knight (Associate in Medicine at Boston Children's Hospital, with research in adolescent substance abuse)
June 16: No BHF this month
July 21: Carolyn Stickney (Assistant Medical Director, Intensive Medical Care Unit, Boston Children's Hospital)
